Refund policy

We have a 10-days return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return and receive a full refund. Items on a discount or sale cannot be refunded or returned. 

In the unlikely event of not liking the product for any reason, we are more than happy to offer a 100% refund within 10 days of your purchase. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@hammerandclaw.com. We’ll send an email or SMS with the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Don't worry. You are covered under 1-year warranty against any faults in the material or craftsmanship.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. When the return is approved, we'll contact you to discuss the payment method. Please remember, if you have paid by card, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
